We are ‘Old School' here. Homemade is better than processed. We will spoil and fuss over you. First come first serve. Things are worth as much time as you put in. Life offers many choices and you never know what is next. After a great meal, it will be easy to look forward to whatever comes next.
A few years ago, Charlene started writing articles about recipes and cooking. She dreamed of making them for more people than her four children. When the Burns Café closed, she saw an opportunity. An opportunity to fill a void in the community and the tummies of that community. And in turn, fill a void in her life. Fulfill a dream. And so with three tables and an old registers, she began the Old School Café March 17, 2014.
The café graduated into a catering and food truck business in 2016. We now have our training wheels under us and are ready to serve you where you are.
We hope you’ll notice and enjoy the homemade difference. Family meals can be ready for you to pick up, take home and finish before bedtime.

We are a common kitchen. For those of you with allergies to wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, shell fish or fish, all equipment is used for all preparations.
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
Tax included in all prices.
For meals delivered, please give six hours notice. For events catered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cinnamon roll (your choice of frosting; maple, cream cheese, sugar), Peanut butter roll, doughnuts, coffee cake
Fresh baked bread $3 per loaf
White, cinnamon raisin, wheat
Breakfast burrito $3.50 or $30 for 10
Your choice of bacon or sausage rolled in a warm tortilla with hash browns, scrambled eggs and cheese.
Breakfast casserole $30 per pan
For those times when you need to feed a crowd as soon as the rooster crows

Crunchy or grilled chicken salad $5
Grilled or fried chicken breast served on top of a bed of lettuce garnished with tomatoes, onions, cheese, croutons, sunflower seeds and carrots with your choice of dressing.
Tea sandwiches $1.75 for four (one whole sandwich)
Cucumber with dill sauce, tomato mozzarella with cilantro, bacon lettuce tomato, ham and cheese, cheese, fruit with cream cheese sauce, egg salad
Soup $3.50 or $25 for 10 servings
Potato, chili, chicken noodle, cheesy broccoli, beef and noodle
Homemade Salads $2 each or $17.5 for 10
Coleslaw, potato, macaroni, Italian macaroni, cucumber tomato
